  • 预约前请务必仔细阅读办事指南及告知书。
    Please read the guide and notice carefully before application.
    一、预约采用实名制，须如实录入申请人个人信息，否则属无效预约。
    I. You shall use your passport name to reserve. Please fill in the applicant's personal information honestly, or the reservation will be invalid.
    二、申请人的护照等身份证件当天只能预约一次，且一号一证，即一个预约号办理一本证件。
    II. A passport number can be used for reservation for only once everyday for one appointment.
    三、申请人在申请签证证件时，本人需在境内，且已办理住宿登记。
    IV. During the applicaiton, the applicant is required to be in the mianland China, and has registered the accommodation.
    四、外籍华人如有内地户口，须先注销后再预约申请。
    IV. If the foreign chinese still has the household in the mainland of China, make sure to cancel it before reservation.
    五、预约办证的时间不能超过所持有效签证证件有效期，以避免非法居留。
    V. To avoid the illegal stay, make sure that your visa/stay permit/residence permit is vaild on the reserved day to apply.
    六、单位首次聘请外国人的，需先到办证大厅办理备案手续。
    VI. For the first employment of foreigners, the unit shall submit relevant documents to the application hall for the record.
    七、在选择预约日期和预约时间时，如系统未能显示，表示该时间段预约已满。
    VII. In case the system fails to display "Reservation Date" and "Reservation Time", it suggests that the current time period for reservations has been occupied。
    八、根据《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》第二十一条规定：对不予签发签证的，签证机关可以不说明理由。
    VIII. According to the EXIT AND ENTRY ADMINISTRATION LAW OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA, the visa-issuing authorities are not required to give reasons for refusing the issuance of a visa.
